Parents Place has two classes starting in February.

Love and Logic: Adults Supporting Youth with Challenging Pasts starts Friday February 20 from 10am to noon. This six-week class is for people raising or working with children who have experienced trauma and/or loss. A $10 workbook is required to successfully complete the class. Children over two years old are unable to be in class due to the topics being discussed. 

Active Parenting Today starts Tuesday February 24 from 6-8pm. This six-week class is for people raising children four years old through the teen years. It covers communication, cooperation, problem solving, instilling character in children, and more. Parents are welcome to bring children to class if they have no other childcare options. The $20 workbooks are helpful but not required for this class.
