Class about how to minimize the negative effects of the divorce/separation on the children. Fulfills the parenting class requirement to finalize a parenting plan in Cowlitz County
Strengthening Families 10-14 is a free 7 wk. class for people raising children ages 10-14yrs. old. Both parents and their youth participate in the class with childcare available for younger family members. Dinner provided. Parents learn how to better communicate with their youth. Youth learn to appreciate their parents. Families learn how to reduce and resolve conflicts together. This class is offered by WSU Extension.
