These topics are covered during the five-week Guiding Good Choices class: • How to promate health and well-being during the teen years. • How to develop healthy beliefs and clear standards • How to deal with anger in a positive way. • How to say no, keep your friends, and still have fun (youth are invited to this session). • How to strengthen family bonds.
