This is a new curriculum designed specifically for people working with children who have experienced trauma and loss. Great for parents, foster parents, people considering adoption, teachers, school counselors, etc.

Battles, Hassles, Tantrums, and Tears

This is a 4wk. class on anger. 

Week 1: Conflict resolution styles and C.H.O.I.C.E.S for managing conflict

Week 2: Overcoming self-defeating messages with positive self-talk. Natural and Logical consequences. Following through with discipline. 

Week 3: Parental anger cycle. Children's anger cycle. Calming techniques. Tantrums.

Week 4: Problem solving. Family meetings. Make a plan to take action.
