This is a 4wk. class about parental anger, children's anger, temper tantrums, calming techniques, and more.
Week 1 covers 5 ways of handling conflict and CHOICES you have to deal with conflict.

Strengthening Families 10-14 at Mount Solo Middle School
This class is specifically for people raising children ages 10-14yrs. old. Parents AND youth MUST attend together. Parents learn about how to improve communication with their youth and are reminded about the stress of being this age. Youth learn about the importance of rules, respecting parents, peer resistance skills, and more. 4H activities are provided for children in kindergarten through age 9. Childcare is provided for younger children. Dinner and prizes are included. Free. Classes are held at Mount Solo Middle School 5300 Mt. Solo rd Longview.
